One Culture - Diversity Policy

AsiaEurope has considerable experience of promoting football in association with football clubs and governing bodies. AsiaEurope has successfully organised three annual National Football Festivals, along with setting up a Football Academy highlighting issues for ethnic minorities and women’s football.

We work in close liaison with a number of European football clubs and National Football Associations from around the world.

The One Culture team have helped a number of organisations, both public and private, to incorporate diversity policies. Examples of these are Oxfam, Liverpool John Moores University, Merlin and many more references available.

Our approach to football Anti Racism Policies is that they are too narrow and ‘imposed’ from above rather than growing organically from the diverse stakeholders who have interest of football at heart. We also believe that ‘race’ is only one of the category; we need to be aware of other groups and therefore diversity policies have to reflect much wider area of disadvantage.
