Kajal Aggarwal: 'Ajay is a joker'

Kajal Aggarwal has revealed that Ajay Devgn loved playing tricks on her during the shooting of Singam.

The 26-year old South Indian actress will make her Bollywood debut opposite the action star in Rohit Shetty's remake of the Tamil language film.

Aggarwal told the Hindustan Times: "Since day one of my shoot, I have been his favourite victim to crack all possible jokes.

"But as they were all in good humour so itlike a good ice breaker and, Ajay and I got along really well."

Aggarwal also said that she is confident that her role will make audiences notice her.

She added: "It is not the amount of screen space that I have, but it is the quality of work I deliver in that time. Yes, it is an Ajay Devgn film but I will stand out with my performance too.

"I am sure after watching the film people won't stop loving me." Devgn praised his co-star, saying: "Kajal is a talented actress and very well known in South India.

"She has the ability and talent to cross-over to Indian cinema.I think she could have a very bright future in Bollywood."
